Dubber Trust Centre
How it all began
Established in 2011 and headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, a group of friends conceived the idea during a casual gathering. With backgrounds in the Telco sector, they recognised the technological gap while collaborating with an Australian Service Provider mandated by the ACCC (Australian regulator) to document all their in-bound call centre traffic.
Recognising the exorbitant costs and cumbersome data retrieval process involved, they identified a need for innovation and crafted a cloud-native platform for call recording. In 2013, Dubber secured $6m in funding, fueling the initial release of their call recording solution.
Subsequently, Dubber went public on the ASX (ASX: DUB) in 2015, introducing Unified Call Recording as a Service, now accessible on leading global technology platforms. Their journey is only just unfolding.
